III period (fourth quarter of the 13th century – early 14th century).

Two new houses are added to the building complex. Two earlier buildings are thoroughly reconstructed after the Estonian log houses which were better suited to the local climate. The houses heated with stone heated stoves were built closely next to one another. The whole of the inhabited area was surrounded by a ditch, in the small yard there was a well with a wellhead made of two wooden barrels. In addition to the ditch, the yard and buildings were also surrounded by a tall wicker fence. The complex additionally included a sheep enclosure and a vegetable patch.
